  • We process opt-out requests within 10 business days for emails and SMS, as required by CASL
  • For push notifications, changes take effect immediately upon updating settings
  • For third-party marketing, please allow up to 30 days for full removal, depending on partner processing times

5. Effect of Opting Out

  • You will no longer receive promotional or marketing messages from us through the channels you opted out of
  • You will still receive transactional, service-related, and legally required communications

6. Opt-Out Rights Under GDPR & CCPA

If you are located in the EU/EEA or California, you may also:

  • Withdraw consent for processing your personal data for marketing purposes at any time
  • Object to profiling for marketing purposes
